All products purchased from the store can be exchanged within 14 days from the date of purchase, provided the original invoice is produced and the products are in their original packaging (if applicable) and in perfect condition. This policy does not apply to toiletries, cosmetics, jewellery and perfumes.
If you want a refund for the products you've purchased, a credit note will be issued to you. We're sorry, we do not provide a cash refund of your in-store purchases under any circumstances.
